Hello parents and students!!!  I am Mr. Holman, and I am excited to be here at COHS teaching World History!!!  

I retired from the Army in 2021 after 23 years of service.  I served 7 years in Germany, 4 years at Fort Hood, 3 years in Houston on recruiting duty, and 9 years in Alaska.  I recently worked at O'Reilly Auto Parts until a teaching position came open.  I have been married to my wife for 20 years after meeting in the Eighth Grade.  We have three kids.  My oldest daughter is a sophomore at the University of North Texas, my second daughter is a junior here at COHS, and my son is in the eighth grade at LJHS.  I enjoy building things, working on vehicles, playing music when possible, watching baseball and hockey, and being with my family. 

I have a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Maryland University College in Human Resource Management, and an Associate's Degree in General Studies from the same college.  I received both degree's while in the Army.
