Captain Kim Webb

My name is Kimberly Eikenberg, a law enforcement officer, and law enforcement teacher.  I have dreamed of making a difference for the people around me, which started my law enforcement passion. Ensuring I had the best credentials and paper qualifications to land my dream job, I majored in Criminal Justice and minored in Psychology, and graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2011. Soon after completing that task, I began Graduate work, graduating in 2013 with a Master of Science in International Strategy and Security Studies. While enrolled in the Master's program, I applied and was accepted into a Police Academy in Houston, Texas. After a long a grueling six months, I graduated from the TCOLE approved academy. Due to my dedication to learning everything possible about the criminal justice system, I decided to continue my education and am a  doctoral student at Walden University.

I was thrilled when I was offered a position with a Police Department in 2013 and thought it was an excellent opportunity to dedicate my preparation, knowledge, and personal commitment to serve my community. I have served on both the day and night uniformed service divison, a city marshal, and school resource officer. I began my career as a school resource officer in 2018, and truly enjoy buliding a career with students. I can't wait to build the law enforcement classes, and instill the integrity, ethics, and honesty, that our COCISD Police Department abides by!

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, and our three kids!
