Tier 1 Support
Tier 1 support is provided at the campus level by an individual designated as the Help Desk Specialist for that campus.  For issues that cannot be resolved at Tier 1, the Campus Help Desk Specialist will escalate the issue to the next Tier.
 
3-Tier Model
Tier 2 Support
Tier 2 support is provided at the district level by the District Technology Office.  Tier 2 support issues usually involve network infrastructure or issues integrating multiple systems.  For issues that cannot be resolved at Tier 2, the District Technology Director can optionally escalate the issue to the next Tier.
 
Tier 3 Support
Tier 3 support is typically provided by vendors contracted to the district for specific functions, and can typically only be contacted through the District Technology Director or through the District Administration Office to provide service and support.
