Transportation Change Requests
One Stop Policy
The COCISD Transportation Department requires each student to be assigned to ONE bus route to and from their residence or assigned bus route. Students may only ride the bus route they are assigned. Route changes are limited to one per year or in the event the student has moved to a new location. Any request for a route change must be made in writing and submitted to the Transportation Department in person or via email to email@example.com.
Emergency Transportation Changes
If there is an emergency and a child must be picked up early or picked up in person instead of riding the bus, the request must be made via email from an email address on file with the district and received no later than 2 p.m. on the day of the change. The email should be sent to the student's campus office: James Street Elementary - firstname.lastname@example.org; Coldspring Intermediate - email@example.com, Lincoln Junior High - firstname.lastname@example.org and Coldspring-Oakhurst High School - email@example.com.
