Coldspring-Oakhurst Consolidated Independent School District is located in Coldspring, Texas, the county seat of San Jacinto County. Coldspring is in the heart of the Sam Houston National Forest and on the shores of 90,000 acre Lake Livingston. COCISD covers an area of 417 square miles and educates approximately 1,600 students in Early Childhood through 12th grade.
