Coldspring-Oakhurst CISD will host the 2nd Annual SJC Special Kids Field Day on Wednesday, March 8. Times have changed for today's baseball games

This just came in from Athletic Director Mark Byrd regarding today's games (3/24/17):
"We are unsure of weather this evening, so we have moved the baseball game up to 3:30 starting with the varsity boys and will start the JV 30 minutes after. Softball - varsity will play first at 5 p.m.
If we have a rain out, Baseball will play at 12:00 on Saturday and Softball will push their game until Monday."

Today's baseball game cancelled

Today's baseball game that was scheduled against Crockett has been postponed until tomorrow due to field conditions and ongoing rain. There will be one home varsity game at 6 PM, Wednesday, March 8th, to make it up.

Message on TEA's New A-F Accountability Rating System

On Friday, Jan. 6, 2017, TEA released a report based on a new accountability system that is being developed in response to House Bill 2804, which required the agency to develop and implement a new accountability system by the end of the 2017-18 school year. The ratings contained in the report are not official and are simply being presented by TEA as one possible, but not necessarily final, approach to an A-F grading system.
